Le Tailleur de Bière is a micro brewery situated at the entrance of the historic village of Cotignac. Stonemason turned Brewmaster, Renaud Hecq, explains us the name of the beer brand 'La Tuf'. The brewery name is also a nod to Renaud's stonemason history - in French he is known as a 'tailleur de pierre'! The building itself has a lot of history and has been carefully reinforced and repaired while keeping the old character intact. Opened in July 2019, this craft brewery offer IPA's, session beers and other delicious beer styles. Local restaurants and cafés will have access to kegs, and beer lovers can pop in to buy bottles, crates, growlers to take home or enjoy a cold glass on the terrace.
