The third is located as an extension of the living room behind a removable partition .The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric stove with built-in oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a washbasin. The toilets are separate. The villa is equipped with a television and internet connection. Outside there is a garden table with 8 armchairs and a large barbecue. The garden consists of a terrace and a small path that leads to a private swimming pool secured by a gate.
