The property is just 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Chamonix and the world famous Aiguille du Midi lift station. The Master bedroom is a fabulous loft space covering the whole upper floor with 360 degree view of the Chamonix Valley's famous summits. On one side there is a sitting area with 2 Natuzzi sofa chairs and additional sofa and armchair and on the opposite side is a dining table easily seating 10. The living room features a double height ceiling at one side with climbing sculpture by a Thai artist. Large sliding windows provide access to the balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture. This is a great space for enjoying your meals alfresco during the summer months. The open plan kitchen is separated from the living space by a breakfast bar built from local granite reclaimed from the original house before renovation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater, including fondue set and raclette to enjoy regional specialities. There is a full-size oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer (note; the freezer is small). For relaxation after an active day on the mountain you can soothe any aching muscles in the sauna. The chalet is also equipped with a 32inch TV to allow you to switch off in front of a film. For your convenience, on the lower ground floor, the chalet also features a utility room with washing machine, a separate Boot Room with ski and boot storage, and warm air boot dryer. Check-in: you will be able to check-in anytime after 1600 on your day of arrival, the keys will be in a lock box and full written instructions for the Chalet provided.
