Trained in prestigious houses by illustrious chefs: Bruno d'Angelis (1 Michelin Star), Michel Kayser (2 Michelin Stars), Glenn Viel (3 Michelin Stars), Chef Denis Martin became, in 2015, the second in Fabien Fage, 1 Michelin Star Chef at Le Prieuré in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon. A meeting that will change his life and which will lead the two Chefs to leave the orders of the emblematic restaurant THE MARCEL.
