Built in the 14Th century our mill is located at the foot of the coudon, near to the oldest olive grove of Provence where each tree tells the story of an ancestral past. Held by our family for 4 generations this mill perpetuates the tradition of sharing during the harvest of olives and welcomes the public throughout the year during guided tours. Here our team, whose services are recognized QUALITY TOURISM, offers you a free guided tour of this unique site followed by a tasting of our oil (regularly medalist) and artisanal quality products. In this place, two differents manufacturings coexist ; oldmade thanks to the grinding whelle and the first cold pressure (which it is possible to watch in November) and new process thanks to modern equipments. So actually we are able to make you taste different oils in our shop which have conquered some great cooking chiefs.
