In a new decor designed and created by the decorator Caroline SCHILLING where the design and a warm atmosphere mix, this gastronomic restaurant which obtained the title of master restaurateur in 2014, member of the Culinary College of France and the recognition of the Guide Gault & Millau 2017 you proposes a creative and refined cooking elaborated with fresh products, articulated around several menus renewed very frequently, a particular care is given to the presentation of the dishes with different flavors and textures games for the biggest pleasure of your eyes and your taste buds ... To accompany your meal Franck Guimon wants to share his oenological knowledge, acquired after many years spent in large houses to make you discover a selection of more than 80 references from the Loire Valley and other regions. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from November to April and from Monday to Friday from May to October.
