7 years of presence in the heart of Valenciennes is worth celebrating! What events since this opening! Our Chef and partner, Pierre-Arnaud Dupont, has once again taken a great step in the development of his restaurant. Questioning yourself is always complicated to launch a new concept. Pierre-Arnaud Dupont imagined it and it was with a warm welcome from customers that the new menu was officially launched. Pier-Le Goût du Vrai- is iodized cuisine, made up of the finest seafood and fish of the day, selected by our chef from the stalls of our fishmongers. We are sensitive to the environment and the marine riches are so varied that they make chef Pierre-Arnaud Dupont creative. The reception and the room have been provided with talent by Anaïs since the start of this beautiful story. You will appreciate his advice in the composition of your culinary experience and in the choice of a drink.
