Fitted kitchen with 2 burners+2 hobs, oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, dishwasher, tumble dryer cabinet. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm. 1 bedroom in an open mezzanine overlooking the living room with 1 double bed 130 cm. Bathroom with shower and washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine. Maximum 5 people. Shared garden. Pets not allowed. Arrival: 4 pm-6 pm Please notify in case of late arrival. Deposit: €300 to be paid on site. Charges included from May to September, metered outside this period. Tourist tax: to be paid on site Pets: not allowed. Linen not provided: possibility of rental at extra cost. End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat rate.
