The restoring of this barn is the outcome of a familial patrimony conservation project, aimed at preserving the old structure and spirit of the building. Hence we used traditional materials: wood, stone, lime, lauzes (rocks used as tiles to cover the roof ). Our pleasure will be to introduce you to our passion for this high style place, sharing with you our "terroir" menus based on Rouergue traditional cooking. We will also provide you with advice for visiting the area: villages like Belcastel or Conques, paths of Saint Jacques de Compostelle, and the like. We offer a warm place, including 3 traditional bedrooms (with bathroom for each), a large living room (with a fire place), plus a terrace and a garden with nice view on the countryside.
