We invite you on a very special culinary voyage of discovery that is all about future food: experience the unique world of edible insects with us and learn more about sustainable nutrition and insects as a protein-rich alternative to conventional meat consumption during an exclusive 4-course meal. Since 2017, we have been offering people the opportunity to overcome their disgust of insects and try different delicious varieties of insects with the Mikrokosmos Berlin project. Whether deep-fried, baked or caramelised, we integrate edible insects into a creative fusion cuisine and turn them into a real fine dining experience. During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste the species of insects allowed in Europe and learn more about different ways of preparing them, how insects are bred and all the sustainable aspects of food.
