About
Moksa is a modern and personal reinterpretation of some of the classics of Indian cuisine. Our short menu is upgraded from a month to another, same dishes, different execution : more coriander, less cardamon, slightly different brine ... The chef was born and raised in the Indian community of Vancouver. Our spices come directly from New Delhi.
