The Panoramapunkt, located on the 24th floor of the Kollhoff Tower at Potsdamer Platz, offers a 360‑degree panorama of Berlin’s landmarks from a glass‑enclosed open‑air terrace. The platform opens daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (last admission at 5:30 p.m.) and features a dedicated Café—Panoramacafé—with a glass‑topped dining area, serving coffee, tea, pastries and light meals. Visitors can combine the viewing platform with the “Berlinier Blicke” exhibition that traces Potsdamer Platz’s history, as well as participate in combo tickets with the DDR Museum or City Circle hop‑on hop‑off tours. The site is accessible for visitors of all ages, with elevators and level access; it is not free of charge (a standard admission fee of €5.50 applies).
