All to help us connect over a crust and enjoy the spirit of pizza.Our chef has created a secret dough recipe that has been honed over thousands of hours of experimentation and kneading. The result is a chewy yet crispy perfection that comes with the added bonus of toned arm muscles.We use only the best flour available, salt and water to feed our sourdough. Resting the dough for up to 72 hours creates a light and easy pizza to digest. This time allows our sourdough to ripen and develop a delightful complexity of flavours. Delicious!At a blazing 450 degrees, our pizzas slide into our cosmic pizza oven for no more than 90 seconds.- Guten Appetit!
