Saeson is our new in-house restaurant, and it's fully ready to treat guests to seasonal and uncomplicated Nordic cuisine with mostly local ingredients from organic farming. The menus in our restaurants are planned according to the produce available from our suppliers which are selected with care, due to our demands for high quality as well as organic and/or sustainable products. We hope you will enjoy eating our food as much as we enjoy finding and preparing it for you!
