In summer (May-September) you will find the Strandpromenade on the roof of Mauerstraße 7 in Cottbus: A beach restaurant in the middle of the city center with Mediterranean cuisine, a huge selection of cocktails and homemade lemonades. There are covered areas that are particularly suitable for dinner, even in larger groups. There are also lounges spread over 1700 square meters where you can enjoy cool drinks and delicious snacks. In the winter months (October - April), the open-air restaurant is converted into the Almhütte Cottbus. A real mountain hut with authentic furnishings and German and German-Bavarian dishes. The range of drinks will be more wintry and characterized by various mulled wine specialties. At the weekends you can experience a party in the hut with après ski hits late in the evening. The alpine hut is also the most popular insider tip for Christmas parties (up to 300 people!). In addition to the Almhütte; Winterwald and Elfenwerkstatt form the Alpendörfchen Cottbus.
