In our house you can get for instance wonderful Aronia-, Mango-, Cheese- Spinach Sausages or simply our ` Old market square red` - a smoked beef sausage. Handmade and seasoned with natural spices- comes with any side of your choice. Choose from our potatoe salad which is served room temperature, fried potatoes or just a nice mixed seasonal salad with a delicious balsamico vinaigrette. Whatever you prefer. Weisswürste( veal/pork sausage boiled not grilled), Currywurst( Veal sausage grilled with a tomatoe curry sauce topping), or a sort of tasty tartar from saxony are just some of our mouthwatering meals on the menu. If your not a big fan of sausages – dont worry- we also have a nice flank steak with a baked potatoe or a turkey schnitzel to choose from. And even if your vegan- we did NOT forget you either. Our products are only from local suppliers and are freshly processed in our house. And if you`d like you can also buy your favourite sausages in our butcher shop and take it home
