In the barrier-free ground floor there are three double rooms, a bathroom and a toilet, the kitchen and the spacious living room with a tiled stove. The upper floor offers two double rooms, the single room, a bathroom and a foosball table in the hallway. The large, partially covered balcony leads to the spacious playground with sandpit, swings, turntable, table tennis and fire pit. A washing machine and clothes horse are available.
