Located IN the Mittellandkanal, a high frequenced river in the north of Hanover, the Schifftaurant serves the finest dining culture since 2012. Chef Olli Erdmann is known for his handpicked ingredients with no additives at all. His Wiener Schnitzel is made originally and served the whole year because of its popularity. The Schifftaurant offers a lunch menu on a daily basis (banking days) and renews its menu every week. Especially in summer the super nice maritime ambient invites you to give your legs a stretch from walking by the riverside and enjoy fine food and crafted beer with the view over the water.
