Erlebnispark Tripsdrill
About
Erlebnispark Tripsdrill, located in Cleebronn near Stuttgart, is Germany’s oldest theme park and a beloved family destination. Founded in 1929 by Eugen Fischer, the park has grown from a small windmill dining experience to a sprawling 77‑hectare attraction boasting over 100 rides, a wooden roller‑coaster «Mammut», the high‑speed launch coaster «Karacho», and a water‑adventure park «Wilde Gautsche und Spritzwerk». The park’s themed “Schwaben anno 1880” atmosphere invites visitors to step back into a pre‑industrial Swabian village while enjoying modern thrills. Comprising a theme‑park section and the adjacent Wildparadies wildlife park, Tripsdrill offers something for all ages. The Wildparadies hosts more than 60 native animal species, interactive feeding sessions, a bird‑flying show, and a forest‑walk with a barfoot path and a giant slide. The park runs from late March to early November, with the wildlife park open year‑round. With its award‑winning attractions, extensive family‑friendly facilities, and a wide mix of thrill rides and natural experiences, Tripsdrill remains a top destination for families, adventure seekers, and wildlife enthusiasts alike.
