The menu features seasonal dishes that suit the season. Spring is all about fresh herbs and as of May there is fresh asparagus from the Palatinate. In summer, the large window-wings open and you feel like you are on the Mediterranean Sea. The sandstone terrace under the large awning invites you to linger on the lush pillows on elegant wooden benches. When looking over the baroque garden you can enjoy light, fresh summer dishes from the kitchen of Jürgen Süs. Autumn brings mushrooms and the Bliesgau organic lamb to the plate. Winter is the time for goose dinners, advent menus and Christmas dinners.
