We are WALDGOLD From childhood memories to sustainable gourmet products: In beautiful Maifeld, in the shadow of Eltz Castle, Zaneta and Johannes and their WALDGOLD brand focus on delicious, sustainable and healthy beechnut-based products, enchanting customers and top chefs from all over Europe and make the world a little bit better at the same time. We collect our beechnuts ourselves in the forest and want to show that forests can do more than wood. That's why we produce very good oils, exciting salts, an excellent wild garlic pesto and much more. We offer tastings in our beautiful farm so that you can try the things directly, you have a beautiful view of our donkeys, sheep and chickens and if you are looking for great honey, we also beekeepers ourselves :)
