Opening up a Schweinske in Cologne back in February 2006 was a no-brainer. After all, if there’s anything Cologne natives love, it’s a good meat dinner. And don’t skimp on the portions! Best of all, it’s affordable — or as the locals say: Dat jitt et för ene Appel un e Ei!
