The lovingly newly renovated family home with approx. 100sqm will definitely meet your good taste. Fully furnished house with designer furniture in a quiet residential area. Very nice real wood parquet floor. By bike at ground level in less than 5 minutes at the lake. There are shopping opportunities within walking distance. In the beautiful 400 sqm garden there is a pavilion for relaxing hours during the day or in the evening. Beach chairs are available. 2 TVs, once in the bedroom and in the living-dining area with cable connection Parking space available. Dog owners and four-legged friends are very welcome in my house. I ask for your understanding that I charge a fee of 5.00 euros per dog and day. Thank you very much.
