This luxurious holiday home is suitable for up to 9 people, is located in Schmallenberg-Holthausen and is approx. 20 km from the famous ski area Winterberg. Holthausen is a beautiful village between the hills of the Sauerland. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The house with 150 sqm consists of a basement with storage room and shower and toilet, a first floor with a large living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and toilet and a second floor with 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A large balcony with a view of the whole area. Next to our house there is a beautiful garden with a lawn. The tourist tax (€ 2.00 per night per adult over 14 years) is not included in the price and will be charged separately.
