The original Haxnbauer is back! Our beautifully restored Munich “Wirtshaus” (restaurant) with its long history is back in a new location: in a historic building with a long hospitality tradition at Tal 38. Lamps, historic photographs and furniture have moved with the Haxnbauer, and the historic herringbone parquet flooring in the new dining room has been preserved. The new Haxnbauer has a warm, pleasant atmosphere, and almost everything from the wall panelling to the stucco ceiling is reminiscent of the restaurant that has been making culinary history for 60 years. The legendary pork and veal knuckles from the grill are unique and incomparably good.
