The service team, chefs (plural?) de cuisine Kai Schneller and Carsten Müller as well as head waiter of the year 2012, Brian McLaren, help you to experience an unforgettable evening with many special treats. Schneller and Müller, both born in the Allgäu, region pay special attention to the use of high-quality and local products. They know the right people in the Allgäu region who deliver specific features and their cuisine style can be described as an elegant combination of alpine and international cuisine, as selected homegrown as well as foreign products find their ways into the kitchen. In 2011 the restaurant received a complete facelift and was completely renovated. The restaurant is called Silberdistel (“silver thistle”, a famous flower which is native to the Allgäu region) and the name forms the thread. You can recover it on many design details and also in the color inspiration of the restaurant. The range of silver, green and brown color tones harmonizes perfectly with the wooden, deerskin and natural stone elements and also with the forging work from the region.
