Apartment 2: 56 m² apartment on 2 floors upstairs with 2 balconies and underfloor heating. The apartment consists of a living room with balcony, a sleeping area with balcony, a dining area with kitchen area, shower / WC. Towels are to be brought by the guest or available at a surcharge on the spot. Apartment 2 has a balcony over 2 floors with sea views The small semi-detached house in a quiet location is just five minutes from the beach.   The apartment 1 (36 sqm) is in the lower area. It has a pantry kitchen and a small terrace to the east and a terrace to the south with terrace roofing 3x5m, to offer our guests a pleasant atmosphere. The upper apartment 2 (52 square meters) is over two floors with sea view. Underground parking is available in a separate building. Parking is free at the house. Please note our arrival and departure arrangements!Arrival from 15:00 to 18:00 clock or by appointment; Departure until 10:00 am; Special regulations by agreement. 20% deposit within 7 days after booking on the account, final payment 4 weeks before arrival on account Towels are to be brought by the guest or at an additional cost.   The accommodation of pets of any kind is not possible on request.   APARTMENT - not suitable for mechanics Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 05:00 to 10:00.
