The house has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and a sofa bed. It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. In the living room there is an open fireplace and a dining area with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a large table with 8 seats, a dishwasher, oven, gas stove, 2 espresso machines for the gas stove, a fully automatic coffee machine (for whole beans), a milk frother, kettle, toaster, mixer, enough cutlery, cups and plates. The living area with winter garden is 120 m² and the garden is 1300 m². Garden furniture and 2 grills are available. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The front garden has not yet been laid out, but there is a large overgrown garden with seating behind the house. No rental to party companies.
