When, in 1989, the Wichtel craft brewery began its work in the rooms of the former cinema there was a great deal of excitement. Would the typical, self-brewed Wichtel beer, the special Wichtel cakes and all the other products win people over? The answer was "yes" - very quickly the Wichtel developed into a popular meeting place for young and old. It has found friends all around the world and many guests have had faith in the Wichtel from the very beginning. In 2002, the Wichtel in Stuttgart-Feuerbach opened its doors. This location has also become a household name and popular part of life in the district. The third Wichtel is located in Böblingen in a historical building on the former airfield where a new community is gradually developing. The Wichtel already has its doors open.
