The house is located in the Thuringian Forest on the outskirts of Zella-Mehlis in a bungalow area 150m from the forest. The house has a storage space for at least 2 cars and a terrace with appropriate furniture and sun protection for the warm months. On the 2000m² property, a trout pond with trimmings allows lovers, with the provision of a fishing rod, to catch their own food and prepare it by means of a stove in the kitchen or with an existing grill on the terrace.
