The origin of our unique beer diversity and brew culture in the beer culture city goes back to the Jahr1384 - temporarily competed up to 27 Ehinger breweries for the favor of beer lovers. In Brewpub Schwanen the beer history began in 1697 and will be continued in 1864 in the now fifth generation of the family Miller. Schwanen - we live beer diversity More than 19 different beer types throughout the year sharpening our unique profile and make us one of the variety most breweries in Germany. As in 2005, also due to "Micha's brewing seminars" our brewery became known beyond the borders of the beer culture city, it was clear that a further milestone had to be set. Dipl.
