About
With roundabout three million visitors every year, the Allerpark is one of the most frequently visited leisure attractions in the Braunschweig-Wolfsburg region. This comes as no surprise given that the public leisure park, which covers an area of 130 hectares and is located close to the city centre, boasts a harmonious combination of unique natural features, diverse leisure experiences, culinary delicacies and different attractions like no other location in Germany. The original and main feature of the park is the artificial Allersee lake, which was created in as early as 1969 and has been a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts and visitors wanting to chill out and relax ever since.
