A special highlight is the own chocolate factory with its sweet seductive influences on the culinary creations. There are quality products from regional suppliers, e.g. fresh fish, fruits and vegetables from local fishermen and farmers and fresh herbs from our own herb garden, used by the hunters of our native forests. Of course you can also find the regional wines on the wine list. Pure raw materials are also used in the production of the finest cakes and pies in the in-house patisserie as well as the handmade chocolate and praline specialties. On the terrace you have a first-class box seat.
