About

Our restaurant supports ecology, loyal behaviour and regional products. From our offer, 80% of the raw-material we obtain from our region and nearby counties of the National Park. The reason is to support local culture, provide working opportunities and maintain the local traditions and exceptionality of our region. We are a registred bio restaurant since May 2007 (DE-ÖKO-003). In summer 2008 we were rewarded as Regional & Fair. Our target is the long-term support and maintenance of the natural evolution of plants, animals and humans. Therefore we would like to encourage our environment and natural resources. You will not find any artificial flavourings, concentrates or conservation ingredients in the traditional Bavarian dishes or extraordinary cuisine. Our aim is not only to show you our region but also allow you to „taste it“. We will be pleased to serve you ice cream, original Bavarian pralines, cookies and cakes, all home made, maintaining the traditional family recipes.
