A stone house, built in the the beginning of the 20th century, renovated in a hobo/ artistic style, with a lot of free space and a breathtaking view to the sea. The upper floor is a large dance studio with a double bed, and a lot of living and working space. the 2 floors have windows in all 4 walls and a beautiful view. The garden floor has a separate bedroom, which is cool and dark. The quite village of Melivoia is on 400 m high and 8 km away from the longest seaside of Greece. A car is a must! The house is suitable for families, couples and friends that can live well with each other as there are no separate rooms! It is ideal for artists or anybody in need of space, quietness and unblocked view, in a great area for hiking and swimming.
