“…and how are we going to name our restaurant? Alati & Piperi (aka Salt & Pepper) , because we start from the basis of the good cuisine…” We started our business on May 1st, 1999 when we had an idea to build a very special place where our guests would enjoy a unique experience based on traditional Greek hospitality and original cuisine We grew up in this town. My family owned a small traditional grocery shop for years where we use to work, serving our local community. Dimitri & Chryssi (my parents) raised us with strong values and taught us the importance of quality, respect to our guests and most importantly about loving what we do. These are the values upon which we have built Alati & Piperi and every day all our family works hard to do simply do what we love most: …to always offer the best to our guests who upon leaving our restaurant they take with them the warmest and most pleasant memories from their visit… Thank you sincerely for choosing and trusting our family business
