About

We are an organic and biodynamic winery in Kefalonia island. We consider our vineyards and winery an ecosystem of which balance is essential to be kept in order for the character of our products to be expressed. We cultivate grapes in a sustainable way respecting at the same time nature and animals, we do not use chemical fertilizers and phytosanitary products. We also like minimal intervention winemaking using little to no sulfites and all our fermentations are spontaneous (no industrial yeast added).
