It is an small building with 6 privates apartments. The main entrance of the building is secure with a camera intercom and can be opened with a key that we will give you. Once you arrive on the 3rd and last floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, you enter an intimate and welcoming space of 100 m². All windows are sliding double-glazed French doors for optimal sound and thermal insulation, along with blackout blinds and mosquito screens for the comfort day and night. - THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING are fully furnished with everything you need for your comfort.
