Opson makes gastronomic & cultural events. Our fundamental mission is to provide our guests with journeys through delicious tastes and history; experiences that will inspire you and help you get acquainted with Greek gastronomy and culture. We create gustatory experiences and experiential activities, where you can taste and enjoy local products, traditional recipes, and dishes from a wide range of domestic cuisine and beverages, in various eateries and food stores. During that gustatory walk, you will discover the cultural heritage of Greece through its gastronomy; and vice versa. You will learn about the essence of things, the origin of food names and words, recipes, eating habits, and customs.
