Pasifai, located at 63 Lazàrikì Street in Glyfada, is the oldest Cretan tavern in Athens, offering a warm, homely ambience that reflects traditional Cretan hospitality. Since 2000 the Troulaki family has been serving authentic Cretan fare made with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients— from fresh vegetable salads and freshly baked cheeses to hearty lamb, pork and rabbit dishes cooked over open fire. The menu showcases classic dishes such as gomopilafo and kalátye steak, as well as signature creations like calzounia and herb‑infused lamb.
