Kahvtali was born on 20th December 2010 by a group of close friends. We are a traditional coffee shop located between two pedestrianised streets in the old marketplace of Chios. Throughout the winter months we host guests on two floors; during summer, Kahvtali spills onto the street, where we serve coffees, herbal teas, soft drinks, wine, cool beers, ouzo and raki. And since you must never drink dry, we prepare small, homemade “mezze” dishes, cooked from the freshest seasonal ingredients. To further satisfy the eye and soul, we periodically host art exhibitions and celebrate with live music provided by local friends. It is possible to come to Kahvalti alone but you will definitely find friends! We are open every day from 8am to 2am after midnight. On Sundays and public holidays we rest. All that and more is Kafalti, as it grows it matures with your continuing support! Thank you for your love!
