Try our creative fusion traditional greek and international kitchen, in a quiet neighbourhood inside the habitable castle of Chios, just a few minutes from the port. Our menu is mainly based on the use of local and greek in general, seasonally available, products. We use fresh meat and fish, chian organic olive oil and organic essential oils. Our menu is a list of meze to be placed in the centre of the table for everyone to eat together as we greeks use to do!
