Since 1987 we have two generations of our family and we are glad to be able to combine and offer the traditional recipes and preparations of the grandmother and the quality creations of the second generation - certified chefs. The main ingredient of our "recipe", known and enjoyed by our customers, is the strict selection of raw materials from the countryside of Crete.
