The blue room, the salmon room, the yellow room … The wonderful breakfasts of the Ganimede quickly became known in Greece and abroad, thus highlighting not only the hotel itself, but also the region of Fokida. With the rich “heritage” of the recipes and secrets left to us by Brunello Perocco, we are continuing this labour of love with a zeal for creative flavors.
