This villa is one of four detached villas, which are built in a half circle, so that each villa has a front-row position and commands a clear view to the sea. The villa is a one-story building with dome, white washed walls and blue shutters. Comfortable and private. It is ideal for couples and for families. It has 2 bedrooms, one double (queen size bed) and one twin. Shower/WC. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Open plan living/dinning/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: full size oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine. There is a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and a television. Washing machine. WIFI access. Ample outdoor space and wonderful views to the sea. The living room opens onto a swimming pool (8m x 3m) and a sitting area with sun beds, built-in sofas and pergola. Roof top terrace for star watching. Adjoining Guesthouse: Off the pool area, a few steps lead down to a guest house which has its own entrance. One bedroom (with twin beds), shower/WC, and a little “coffee corner” with a small sink and a mini refrigerator. Facing the guesthouse is a large covered veranda with beautiful views to the mountains. Minimum rental period: one week Check in 15:00, check out 11:00. Capacity: 4-6 persons. Cleaning every 7 days.
