LUAZ food experience is based on Mediterranean-Aegean products, as well as a cooking philosophy that honors local vegetables, extra virgin olive oil from the Peloponnese, fresh herbs from the island of Paros, fresh seafood straight from the Parian fishing boats and special meat cuts from selected farms in the United States and New Zealand, cooked in our Josper oven and served with modern ideas and memorable flavors.
