The rooms "Magginas Studios" are a family run business. The construction of the rooms was carried out by my father, so I and my family help to ensure their maintenance and proper operation. They are very close to the city center and the harbor, only a 10-minute walk away, while the nearest beach is only 20 meters away! Our complex is located in the area of ​​Livadia, 10 minutes from the center of Paroikia. Although close to the center, our neighborhood is quiet, by the sea with seaside shops for every hour of the day and for every taste. At just 100 meters you will find the organized and busy beach of Livadia. Our accommodation is located 20 meters from the sea on a road that ends in a dead end and that is why the stay is pleasant without hustle and bustle. There is also a parking space for vehicles.
