Introducing Carnayo Restaurant, Gaios, Paxos, Greece As chef and owner I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself and my restaurant to you and your guests. Paxiot born, my training was undertaken in Germany. Taking this knowledge and experience I returned to my homeland to o!er the best of Greek cuisine. Located in Gaios, the capital of the island, we can be found just 200 metres from the main square. Our kitchen is based on local, seasonal ingredients, a contemporary take on tradi)onal dishes. A good selec)on of wines, liquors and spirits are readily available and we pride ourselves on home-made delicious food, our bread is baked daily on the premises as are our desserts. We are happy to accommodate group bookings and menus can be tailor made to your requirements.
