H/S VELOS is a known Ship that belongs to the Hellenic Navy. H/S VELOS is best known for it's participation in Navy's reaction to sent a message to the rest of the world that the Guards of Democracy in Greece remain vigilant(which succeeded) In 1973 H/S VELOS escaped to Italy and the ship is still being preserved as it was characterized as Museum of Antidectatorship fight.
