Casa Santantonio
About
Casa Santantonio is an 18th century mansion which has been converted into a modern housing complex. The property is laid out amphitheatrically on three levels. In 2015, the descendant of the Santantonio family, Natalie Santantonio, wanting to bring to life the history and fame of the family and to share this with discerning visitors to the island, set out to build an outstanding complex of luxury homes. To achieve this, she decided on a total renovation respecting the history and with an awareness of the need to preserve and showcase all of the architectural elements and particularities of the buildings. With the restoration, the old 18th century mansion was converted into a complex, comprising three functional independent luxury homes, one on each level. The renovation preserved the original beauty and elegance of the old mansion, which is a historical example of the architectural character and construction methods of Santorini. The result, along with the outstanding service provided by the experienced staff, makes for a unique stay for those wishing to get to know and live the history of the island far from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. At the same time, Casa Santantonio is located in Fira, which is the capital of Santorini.
